I utilized evidenced-based treatment approaches such as:

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT): This approach focuses on one’s learning role in developing both normal and abnormal behaviors.

Humanistic therapy. This approach emphasizes one’s capacity to make rational choices and develop to their maximum potential.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): DBT can be useful in treating mood disorders, suicidal ideation, and for change in behavioral patterns such as self-harm, and substance abuse.

Integrative or holistic therapy. The blended elements from different approaches and tailored treatment according to each client's needs.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and individuals with attachment issues.
